Shrinidhi (Nidhi) Uppangala holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology and began her career in drug discovery research. Witnessing her aging grandparents as a child first sparked her awareness of caregiving, but it was caring for her terminally ill aunt as an adult that profoundly changed the course of her professional life.

She and her husband Avinash share a joyful little world with their whirlwind of a 10-year-old daughter and two parakeets who squawk like tiny comedians and rule the roost with flair.
